4:9-15 is kinda confusing but i think i get it does it mean that it doesn't matter who you are God still loves you?

i read
This passage to me is the most interesting of all we've read so far. It says that even though God's grace saved us from our sins, we shouldn't keep sinning just because we are forgiven. I know I sometimes use that as an excuse, like why should I be afraid to do something wrong if I'm automatically forgiven? But it says we are slaves to God, and to his righteousness, so we need to obey him wholeheartedly. If we do this it eliminates all sinning from our life.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

I love Romans 6:8- "Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him."
